Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order once delivered. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item and we will make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. However, we can process a refund or exchange if eligible. We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Once approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
